Kappio applies the General Terms and Conditions for Childcare.
In addition to the general terms and conditions from the trade association, Kappio also applies product-specific terms and conditions for the contracts. You will find the most up-to-date terms and conditions for each type of childcare below. Every year, these product terms and conditions are reviewed and, where necessary, supplemented.
Childcare hours are always billed in advance.
Invoices are sent out every month around the 22nd of the month.
Did you opt for direct debit? If so, this takes place around the 1st of the month.
Invoices are sent monthly by email to the email address of the contract holder (parent/guardian 1).
